Talk to us

Let's look at your remortgage pipeline.

VoltCase is still being built. There's a clickable prototype, a clear plan, and deliberately no customers yet — we want a handful of conveyancing firms shaping it before it's finished rather than after. Tell us how your firm runs remortgage work today and we'll walk you through what we've got.

Walk through the prototype with us

Thirty minutes, no preparation needed. We show you where we've got to, you tell us what your firm actually needs. We usually reply the same working day — or write to hello@getvoltcase.co.uk.

Common questions

What firms ask us first.

The questions that come up in almost every conversation with a conveyancing team.

Can we try VoltCase today?

Not yet — VoltCase is still in development. There is a clickable prototype we can walk you through, and we are aiming to have the first firms running live cases within six months. If you would rather wait until it is finished, tell us and we will come back to you then.

What does being a founding firm involve?

A first 30-minute conversation about how your firm runs remortgage work, then occasional short sessions as we build — looking at screens and telling us what is wrong with them. A few hours spread over several months, not a project.

What do we get out of it?

A free pilot when VoltCase launches, and direct influence over what gets built. The features that make it into the first release are the ones founding firms tell us they need.

What size of conveyancing firm is VoltCase for?

Small and medium-sized UK conveyancing firms — anything from a two-partner high street practice to a 50-fee-earner remortgage team. Firms handling regular volumes of remortgage work get the most from it.

Will we have to replace our existing case management system?

No. VoltCase is being built as a workflow layer that runs alongside the systems your practice already uses. It handles the remortgage pipeline, documents, identity checks and client updates without asking you to migrate everything.

Will it handle client money or legal accounting?

No, deliberately. VoltCase stays out of the client account and legal accounting, so it will sit comfortably alongside your existing accounts package.

Where will our data be stored?

In the United Kingdom, encrypted in transit and at rest, with access limited to the people in your firm who need it. We are building to UK GDPR and the professional standards your firm already works to.

How will VoltCase be priced?

Per completed transaction rather than a per-seat licence, so cost tracks the work you actually do. Final pricing is not fixed yet — founding firms get a free pilot at launch and we will talk numbers openly before anything is agreed.

Who we work with

Built around how smaller firms actually work.

Most conveyancing software is priced and built for the volume factories. VoltCase is aimed squarely at the firms underneath them — and those are the firms we want in the room while we build it.

We work with high street solicitors, licensed conveyancers, and specialist remortgage teams across England, Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland. If your firm handles a steady flow of remortgage instructions and the admin around them is eating your fee-earners' time, that's the problem VoltCase is being built to solve.

The firms we most want to hear from recognise at least one of these:

  • Clients and brokers ring constantly for status updates that someone has to go and look up.
  • Case documents live across email, a shared drive, and someone's desktop.
  • The same details get re-keyed into three different systems.
  • Identity and anti-money-laundering checks are a separate manual chore per case.
  • Taking on more remortgage work would mean hiring more admin, not more fee-earners.
